Shipping is free on orders over $84.99. FREE Standard Shipping (3-9 business days). Certain exceptions apply including shipping charges on all coffee machines are extra.

Orders from $35.01 to $84.99 = $16.00 Standard Shipping (3-9 business days)

Orders up to $35 = $12.00 Standard Shipping (3-9 business days)

Express Shipping available for orders over $35.00 (1 to 2 business days) = $25.90

The shipping policy applies to all Provinces excluding the three Northern Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) and certain parts of B.C., Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia and remote and distant regions in any province.

Also depending on the order value certain surcharges could be applicable for B.C., Ontario and Eastern Canada.

Also please note that on account of the current fuel surcharges being imposed by carriers, orders may be subject additional shipping charges depending on the delivery address.

United States

Standard International CA $145.00 and up - 6 to 10 business days* = Free

Standard International CA $0.00–CA$144.99 - 6 to 10 business days* = $37.90

Express International CA $75.00 and up - 2 to 3 business days* = $44.50

Effective August 19, 2025, there will be an additional handling charge on most US orders to cover the costs of US customs processing. The charges will vary and are subject to the items ordered and based on prevalent US Tariff Regulations at the time of the order.

The additional Duties and Handling Charges will be advised prior to the order being processed.

We will not be processing any payment for any order till such time that the order has been re-confirmed with the additional US duties and handling charges.

*Also please note that on account of the changing tariff regulations in the United States it is taking longer to process US Shipments and there are additional delays with FedEx and UPS in transit on account of US Customs Delays.
